Zestaw obejmuje pięć tytułów nagranych przez Springsteena po ponownym nawiązaniu współpracy z E Street Band w 1999 r., w tym dwa albumy studyjne – „The Rising” (2002) oraz „Devils & Dust” (2005).
Kompilacja „18 Tracks” (1999) zawiera między innymi oryginalne demo „Born In The U.S.A”, odświeżoną wersję „The Promise” czy oryginalne nagranie „The Fever”.
Reedycja obejmuje także dwa albumy koncertowe, „Live in New York City” (2001) nagrane podczas dwudniowego koncertu w madison Square Garden oraz „Live in Dublin” (2007).
Wszystkie tytuły – z wyjątkiem „Live in Dublin”, który ukaże się na winylu po raz pierwszy – były wcześniej wydane w winylowym formacie jednak w mocno ograniczonym nakładzie. Płyty są już dostępne w preorderze.
